Shipping & Delivery Policy

How Lekkergoed handles delivery areas, delivery fees, dispatch timing, collection, and damaged deliveries.

Current ordering status

Online ordering is currently opening soon while payment activation is completed. You can browse the catalog and contact us for product availability, pickup, or bulk enquiries.

No paid online order is accepted until checkout is active and payment is successfully completed.

Delivery areas

When online ordering opens, we plan to offer delivery within South Africa using courier or delivery partners shown at checkout.

Some remote areas may take longer or may require a custom delivery arrangement. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.

Delivery fees and timing

Delivery fees and estimated delivery times will be shown before payment where checkout is available.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Public holidays, courier capacity, weather, address errors, stock availability, and payment verification can affect timing.

Collection

Where collection is available, collection details will be confirmed from Magalies Mall, Magaliesburg.

Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect an order, because food products may need to be prepared or packed first.

Customer details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and email address.

If delivery fails because details were incorrect or nobody was available to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply before redelivery.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or visibly tampered with, contact us as soon as possible at orders@lekkergoed.co.za with your order number, photos, and delivery details.

We will investigate with the delivery partner and arrange the correct next step, which may include replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law.

Your delivery rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and the Protection of Personal Information Act.
